Power Automedia (www.powerautomedia.com), a leading digital media company in the automotive industry, has an opening for Administrative Coordinator. This position is based in the Temecula area (Murrieta), California.

About the Job.
We are looking for someone who is passionate, has excellent attention to detail, is highly organized, and wants growth potential. This position will be responsible for presenting a positive and helpful image to our clients, vendors and visitors and will assist in general administrative tasks for the office. The best candidate will possess an upbeat, team and company oriented attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results driven, “mature startup” environment.
Our team is passionate, intelligent, creative, and self-motivated. We want to add like-minded talent that will help us build our next-generation automotive media company. We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to work closely with our company and Office Manager.

- You are fast-paced, have lots of energy, and are truly willing to put in hard work.
- Excellent with paperwork and administrative tasks. You are known for keeping an organized calendar, task list, color coded system for tracking or organizing, etc.
- Ideally, you are a planner! All of your friends know that you are the one that will think of the details and work to make sure things come together as planned.
- Experience with spreadsheets. You’ve worked in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets. You can create and maintain spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- You’re a helper. You don’t mind lending a hand, no matter how big or small, in order to get the task done.
- You are a team player! You are looking for a place that will be more than a job, but where you can become a part of a family.
- You should be a quick thinker, fast on your feet, a quick typer, and have strong computer skills.
- You must have an Associates, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- You must have 2-4 years experience working in an office environment.
- You must have a valid driver license and auto insurance.
- You must carry yourself with high levels of integrity, intelligence, and maturity.
- You must be willing to commute or relocate to Temecula, CA.
- You must be passionate and enjoy challenges.
